Ingredients :

500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp oil

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp chaat masala

salt to taste

1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped

6-8 eggs

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

oil for frying

For Dough :

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

water, as required

Instruction :

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil on medium heat. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

Add chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well and cook till the chicken is tender and cooked well.

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Combine flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Add water gradually and knead till a smooth dough is formed. Cover with a wet cloth and keep it for 10-15 minutes.

Break the dough into small balls and roll them into thin round shape.

Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and keep aside.

Dip each dough ball in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.

Place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle and roll them tightly.

Heat the oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken rolls till they turn golden brown and crispy from all the sides.

Remove the rolls from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

Serve hot with your favorite chutney or chutney.
